MCC 222 begins with the regulatory framework for California’s Medical Marijuana Program under SB 420 and SB 94.

Incorporation for Cannabis Distribution under the MMP

Participants are shown how to incorporate for the purpose of distributing cannabis under the Medical Marijuana Program.

The Class demonstrates how to set up the corporation’s administrative records to meet state and federal compliance requirements.

Manual on Operating Standards and Procedures for the Distribution of Cannabis under the MMP

Participants review and receive a copy of the MCC Manual on “Operating Standards and Procedures for the Distribution of Cannabis under California’s Medical Marijuana Program”.
